  • be able to score a minimum of 65 on the points test or more on the claims provided in the “EOI-Expression of Interest".

  • be older than 18 and less than 45 years of age when the invitation is issued.
  • have competent English language test scores through any of IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, OET, or CAE;
  • You and your family members must meet the other general Skilled Migration basic requirements, which include health (medical) and character checks;
  • International students whose skills were assessed based on the Australian qualification while holding a student visa must have registered their course on CRICOS;
  • You must have paid back all the dues and debts, if any, to the Australian Government.

If you are invited to apply for this visa, you will have 60 days to submit your online application. Your invitation letter will explain the process that you should follow.
